Dear Madam Modise,
With numerous occasions the below has been brought to the attention of the South African Government for their perusal and consideration. Unfortunately for the South Africans and their businesses, there’ve been no action, just passing the “ball” between the offices. South Africa deserves better than that. Thereby, those increasing number of South Africans well aware about our attempts, have requested to bring the ‘Rebuilding the South African economy’ project proposal to the attention of the South African Parliament for their perusal, considerations, and assistance.
A while ago I had the pleasure of meeting an acquaintance. During our conversation, I was able to explain to him about the ‘New Economic Model’ I have been working on for many years, to replace the current Economic System that is not working to the benefit of the majority. I explained to him that we would need support, going forward, to implement this so urgently needed ‘New Economic Model’ throughout South Africa, the African continent, and even further afield, worldwide.
Our viable solution to the economic and employment woes, primarily and mainly, aims at:
1. Rebuilding the economy.
2. Laying a robust foundation to end poverty and hunger.
3. Empowering people to achieve a sustained economic growth or at least, get a job.
4. Unlocking new emerging markets, service and business communities, and thereby, maximizing demand & supply opportunities.
5. Helping all sectors (agriculture and manufacturing; education, health and tourism; profit and non-profit; each and every economic role-player, predominantly people and SMMEs) with their vital market expansion.
You might ask, but Liviu, how are you going to fulfil those ambitious aims?
And a brief answer is:
1. By replacing the ‘Current [financially driven] Economic System’ which for decades has not worked properly for the majority. People and their businesses have been misled/deceived. Everybody can see that, in reality, it does not deliver those key outcomes (economic growth and job creation) that the South African society (and not only this society) very much and so urgently, needs.
2. With the implementation of our all-inclusive ‘New [demand & supply opportunities driven] Economic Approach’ from city to city and province to province, from country to country and village to village. Connecting the economy within and across industries and countries. Increasing varieties on the shelves (buying better, saving money) and, at the same time, unlocking reachable markets (selling more, increasing revenue); Establishing a Biblically inspired ‘Be Mindful of the Needs of Others’ economy; Building an economically prospering environment/society.
To see how it works and what we are proposing here, please follow the link below and make sure you watch the video ‘New Economic Approach’ tycüne™ Proposal that is found towards the end of the ‘Rebuilding The Economy’ business case / project proposal.

One thing is for sure, the above all-inclusive (and I mean all people and all their businesses) solution/concept/approach is the only way forward for South Africa to avoid economic collapse.
In view of that, if you give me a chance, I will share with you details on taking this project proposal of local, national and international interest, to the next level: Building an ‘Internet of Needs’; Building a ‘Breakthrough Marketplace Infrastructure’; Delivering vitally imperative economic growth and securing that desperately needed job creation throughout South Africa and further afield.
Saving businesses. Saving lives.
I look forward to hearing from you and discussing this further.
Respectfully yours,
Liviu Minda
