Greetings Honourable Minister
Re: CHILDREN SCHOOL FEES SKYROCKETTING EVERY YEAR WITH BURSARIES REMAINING STAGNANT AND CALLS NOT BEING ANSWERED BY DMV STAFF.
1. School fees raising every year.
Apologies for raising this matter, i have got a problem with the school fees of my children at school. The threshold is R20,000.00 per child per annum and theschool fees for my children is now R26,000.00. I wanted to ask if probably you can raise the threshold as well because since it waz set it has never been increased.
2. Calls not being answered by callcentre agents let alone those that responsible for bursaries and payment.
Calls rejection by the DMV staff makes people say there is no management in DMV head office because we call in order to find out about the processes of our claims and other issues but when they switch off their phones and reject the calls how will we know about the claims and the questions that we are having.
These are the things that causes military veterans to say bad things about DMV staff workers.
We call so that we should know if there are some documents that are missing so that we can send them as a matter of urgency. But if they dont answer their fones and documents are missing and months passes by. And the day they answer after may be a year they then say, "your documents are incomplete". We then portray the whole DMV as like there is no management though its due to lazy individuals who are there to use phones to chat to their girlfriends and boyfriends.
Please tell them to answer our calls and emails. They fail even to say, message received or email received. Thats very bad because many military veterans are left in the dark for years if not months.
Please get DMV house in order.
