Please can you explain why does Pinetown Home Affairs Kzn (STOP) doing Above-mentioned Applications.
I was told they only DO temporary Id's and registration of birth. (Unacceptable) Why.
Only Durban or Pavilion Westville are available.
This is supposed to be a fully On Service Dept, for the Public in need of Service.
It is so Difficult to get a booking Online (BABS), No bookings available (No Slots found) and it's becoming so frustrating to struggle like this just to make a booking Online.
Is it not possible just to Go to Home Affairs Pavilion without a booking, even if it means to wait in the que to be served. I desperately need to do a Smartcard I'd and my Passport.
