Good morning Minister.

In 2016 there was an Authority that was signed by your Office to discharge RFN SW MAHLANGU(07019284mc). Without any trial's and when the Authority was signed I was still awaiting for the trial to begin, and it's been 4 years and I haven't heard any feedback from the Minister's office regarding that. Now I can't get employed anywhere else because I have the Criminal Record of the case I was never trialled for.

The CSANDF proposed to the Military Ombudsman office that I must be compensated and it's been nearly six (6) months since that report was sent of to your office.

I, kindly plead with the Minister's to see this process through. I have been living on the streets of Mpumalanga(Middelburg) CBD with nothing.

As a South African citizen, my Constitutional rights were violated and as the Regulation of Section 59(2)C does not empower the Respondent to terminate the Service of the SANDF MEMBER for Conduct that Constitutes an offence under Military Discipline code, first schedule of the Defence Act 44 of 1957.

The decision to dismiss me through Section 59(2)c of Defence Act Whilst the Military Court process was in progress it undermines the Section 4of the MDSMA.

Section 39 of the Constitution provides that when interpreting any Legislation and Developing the Common law or Customary law, every court, tribunal or forum must promote the Spirit, purport and objects of the Bill of Rights.
