I am a young girl born and bred in the Eastern Cape but who has recently moved to Johannesburg to seek for greener pastures.

In the Eastern Cape I Co ordinated a programme known as TADA (Teenagers Against Drug Abuse) where I worked with more than 20 schools which had high drug use but the programme was outsourced and it no longer served the aims that were it's co founding aims and that's when I decided to leave the programme. In amidst of my arrival in Gauteng I noticed that the same problem that was faced in Eastern Cape is the problem I got to in Johannesburg ( high drug use in primary schools both by boys and girls) .

My purpose and my hope for this email is to again start the programme in Johannesburg and work with both departments ( Department of Basic Education and Social Development) in educating young kids in schools about Substance abuse and again take those who are on drugs and ready to be rehabilitated to government rehabilitation centers. Not only will the government be helping a child on drugs but it will be creating jobs for unemployed youth because I'll also need other energetic and Teenagers who are keen on helping a child in need.
