Dear Nompendulo Thobile Mkhatshwa, it is with great sadness that some AGRiSETA service providers in South Africa are taking advantage of the rife in unemployment and commit crimes that go untraced. A company called Khunjulwa Managed Services with its Headquarters located in Johannesburg- (3 Potgieter Road, Glen Austin) has managed to operate for years yet they have a record of corruption as well as mismanagement of public and student funds. They were awarded a Skills Development Learnership in the Eastern Cape Region. Since last year May until today, the Facilitators have not been paid for their services as well as Students stipend not effected as mandated. The Skills Programme is sponsored by the government, more precisely, UIF. Numerous inquests have been made on why the company is not paying its Facilitators and Students but nothing tangible suffices.
How can we be best assisted in reporting such gruesome acts by these service providers??? Secondly, what criteria is AGRiSETA using in awarding tenders to skills development service providers??

Please shed light
