Dear Minister
I have written before and had no response. My son paid an AOG fine of R100 and subsequently has a criminal record which will last TEN YEARS. Since then, he has been unable to find employment although many wanted to employ him but company policy says "no criminal record".

I am a pensioner and desperate for him to find employment to help me with our house. We have tried to have this expunged to no avail. He has paid the clearance fees etc., and nothing. Please could you advise where I can turn to to have this expunged. I have tried all over the country including your office on more than one occasion.
