Dear Mr. John Harold Jeffery,
I saw your article on News 24 and hoped things were going to change at the Masters office in Cape Town.
Mr. FW Te Groen passed away on the 29th of July 2021. I drove to Cape Town to personally deliever the original documents to the CT Masters office.
Everyday, I would call but nobody picks up their phones. Then I sent an email out to every person on their published staff list in the hope that someone would anwser. At last someone did - Ejulies@justice.gov.za. - see email below.
To date I have not received a letter of executorship.

Good day,
Was posted to the address below.
I tried to paste a copy of the letter Julies sent me. The Masters office posted the executor's letter to his home address. The Masters office didn't send the letter via Courier or registered post, No the just posted it.
To date we don't have the executor's letter and have not started working on the nine month old estate. In three months, SARS is going to start adding 6% interest to the estate duty fees they have not received. I call and write emails everyday, hoping someone will reply but no luck. Julies has also decided to ignore me.
Do you have any suggestions or a contact person I can contact to resolve this matter urgently.
Thanking you in advance.
Kind regards,
Jenny
