Dear Minister Schreiber
I trust this message finds you well.
I am writing to follow up on an appeal I lodged in 2023. I understand that the appellate panel is yet to be appointed, which has caused some delay in the process. It seems that appeals are not being prioritized, which is concerning given the impact this has on individuals awaiting resolution.
Furthermore, I would like to bring to your attention a related issue. When an application is initially rejected on specific grounds, the reasons provided upon appeal often differ. This inconsistency adds to the uncertainty and complicates the process.
As I am currently working on a proposal for this country, my ability to move forward is hindered by the lack of clarity regarding my status in the country. I kindly request your assistance in expediting the appeal process or providing any updates that could offer some certainty.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I appreciate your support.
