Cheryl MacMcrindel (phd) ex head of onderste poort veterinarian institute,south african representative of NATO ,would very much like to have some input on the devastating effect that sound and sleep deprevation have on animals from illegal shabeens and nightclubs operating 5 or 6 times a week till 2 am.
