Evening Leadership, my name is Dipholo Mathias Koalane ( Mokoena Isibongo) from Mohoabatsana Village in Mt Fletcher Matatiele currently in Johannesburg Fleuhof Florida.

Since the Resolutions of the Movement is focused on Expropriation of Land without compensation I thought it will be best for me to skill myself with a White dominated industry of Diamond Wrough Evaluation, Cutting and Polishing course which I'm currently doing as we speak at Harry Oppenheimer Diamond Training College in Parktown. With Aim and objective basically of owning a First Black Co-opted Diamond Cutting and Polishing Factory together with my fellow three Students I'm with at the College to aliviate poverty and job creation.

Since you have been into Ministery of Menerals Duna, tried and tested . I thought advise from you would be of high importance taking us to a correct direction . How best can we access funding or a start up capital in this kind of situation, please advise my Leader.
