Mr.Leon Amos Schreiber ,This is with great saddness ,im very desperate that some one will have a ear for a old lady of 60 years ,who has been refused a Id card .
Both my parents were born in cape Town ,my dad was a navy officer in simons town .,which makes them part of this country but i was born Zambia ,under Gods eyes ,thinking that my parents are SA ,my id green book states i am for 60 years ,but been refused ,why is this so unfair ,when are we old SA going to be given the pleasure and right to have a id card but mt taxes are good enough for you but not me as person .please advise and help your SA .please .
