Good day, Deputy Minister.

I would like to ask why we, as Funza Lushaka students at UNISA, do not seem to be taken seriously. We have been waiting for our allowances for more than three months, yet we continue to receive promises instead of payments. Many students are struggling to afford food, transport, accommodation, and other basic needs.

We respectfully ask for your urgent intervention to ensure that the outstanding funds are released without any further delay. We also ask for honest communication on why this matter has been allowed to continue for so long.

We deserve to be treated with the same urgency and dignity as every other funded student.
