Dear Minister of Department of labour,

The manager and staff at Labour branch in Randburg are very incompetent in terms of administration. I physically submitted UIF documents and it was stamped but after 35 days they say they can't find them when I was looking for updates regarding application. The manager is not keen to handling such queries. If you can call the branch manager, Margaret.Tyelbooi@labour.gov.za or email it is suffice. It's been 50 days now and I haven't received my payouts or the status of application. I did them a favor I scanned all of the documents and emailed them to margaret.tyelbooi@labour.gov.za but still I can't be assisted,Why?
