i have tried for months to apply online for a booking date for a passport application with absolutely no luck.

i did an online application and my R600.00 will be forfeited because i just cannot get a date. i communicated with Bongiwe Sakawuli <Bongiwe.Sakawuli@dha.gov.za> only to be told i need to go into the nearest office. the reason i aplied online is so i could avoid having to stand in line.
i just cannot get a date i have tried now for months, did my application and paid R600.00 NOW i just cannot get a date at Epping Home Affairs in Cape Town
