Good day Minister Stella Ndabeni-Abrahams, (Minister Dept of Communications)

The call for the 4th Industrial Revolution ready country has been made by our Honorable President Cyril Ramaphosa and the RadioVybe tech startup team is taking this bold step to answer this clarion call and equally contribute to the entrepreneurship ideology which everyone believes that it is a solution that will eradicate the high level of youth unemployment in South Africa.

In recent times, it is obvious that (Our Ministers) are interacting with the society using mostly social media platforms that are American owned. Is it not noble for Minister's economics revival drive to embrace, use and promote locally manufactured goods in other for our citizens to follow in this exemplary footsteps? This question has prompted our approach to the office of Minister Stella Ndabeni-Abrahams and we are humbly pleading for the following:

1 Our Minister Stella Ndabeni-Abrahams to signup and use RadioVybe just like she uses facebook, twitter and other social media networks.

2 Encourage all government departments and offices to signup on RadioVybe and use it the way they use facebook, twitter and other American social media.

3 Put us in contact with community radio stations and SABC management for RadioVybe to be a proudly South African platform to be given the opportunity to freely serve SABC and community radio stations like facebook, twitter and other American social media networks.

4 Assist RadioVybe establish a working relationship with Maraphone's CEO Ashish Thakkar for a proudly South African social media app to be pre-loaded on every Maraphone that is manufactured in Durban SEZ.

South Africa will enjoy these benefits and more, if RadioVybe becomes a South African recognized social media platform:

1 RadioVybe's popularity will translate to creation of sustainable jobs in the ICT and Software development sector for the youth of South Africa.

2 Every year South Africans spends millions of dollars on Facebook, twitter and instagram adverts and all these huge amounts ends up in America without taxation. RadioVybe as a South African
company will make sure that all our advert revenues stays in our South African ficus and will cut down on the profits that facebook, twitter and instagram makes and exports from South Africa.

3 Expose every South African community radio station on a mobile handset and make it more interactive with the society, thereby augmenting the community broadcasting space which will
automatically make community radio stations more advert attractive.

4 Once our government leaders embrace and use RadioVybe just like they always use facebook and twitter, it will become a good channel for government broadcasting and communication that is reaching more tech savvy citizens.

5 Apart from playing a vital role in the 4IR space, RadioVybe will always keep our social data with our jurisdiction.

6 A patronage from our government will serve as an encouragement for our entrepreneurship journey and will surely make other local entrepreneurs to continue working hard in building a great country.

Due to the vital role that data will play in the 4th Industrial Revolution, this is the time to take charge of our data management just like the Chinese did by patronizing and promoting Chinese startup companies that serves their citizens and also made sure that their highly valuable data records are kept within their jurisdiction, a good example of these companies are Alibaba, Weibo, Didi Chuxing, Tencent, etc. VK, OK, Telegram, Moi Mir did the same in Russia. RadioVybe aims to equally play the same role in South Africa and in Africa at large. Our social data should no longer be handed over to these foreign companies just the way we continuously allow them to extract Africa's mineral resources which is exported out of Africa and then comes back as a finished product that are sold back to us at a higher cost. We should make sure our data benefaction is high.

We humbly ask to have a meeting with your office at your earliest convenience to discuss our ideas and do a presentation of RadioVybe platform to the Presidency.

Thanking you in advance,
