Dear Julius. I wish to express concern over a private hospital in cape town. Racism and I am a victim of it as well. Currently the hospital had 32 employees resign to cover up they resignation had been attached to different reasons which do no indicate racism . Firstly a manager who disliked a black female working under for 4 years could not even remember the ladies name besides that she is black and incompetent ; naturally tried to discredit her and work her out; also tired to implicate her for incompetence. I assumed this was an isolated incident until a white Dr had beaten up a black nursed in theatre while a patient while laying on the threatre table in the middle of an operation ; hitting the nurses was a priority rather than patient safety. After surveying staff they had explained to me what they go through to keep a job how they r treated yet human resources cover up everything. I myself became a victim when I was framed by a white lady told I did not study at Stellenbosch so all my studies are not recognized I need to start afresh with everything from scratch. I was than illtreated by other manager who are white as I was told they can get any white people in the company by motivating it's a scarce skil to hell with equity. After reporting the lady for racism and what she had done to me . It became difficult and I was framed some lie fabricated because the lady is white highly threatened by a non white as I much more qualified than her. A hearing was planned ; the dismissal was planned in advanced they just gave it to me. I had taken them to the ccma and case in april. Mediclinic only wanted tlaheating dictating to the ccma case maangerhow they want a meeting under conciliation which means that all information must not leave the ccma under ccma rules. This is not about me but the pain or racism and breach of the constitution ; labour relations employment equity all of it which is affecting non white employees and the growth of racism which remains strong. I was told manager will sort out the problem of racism if 32 employees have resigned and remained hidden ; black nurse belated up in theatre while surgery and myself out for talking considering all manager are white who share same values. When Wil this end. People are suffering at this place. On surveying others employee from the same company mediclinic are experiencing it.
