Trust you are well. I know you are a busy person and don't want to complain about the home affairs, but I really want to ask you what can you do if you know that people at the home affairs AT Park Rynie is not very help full, on the 16th August 2018 I went to Park Rynie in KZN to apply for my daughter ID that she needs for school, I was home affairs at 5:30 to go in early so that I can take my daughter back to school it took me form 8- 13;00 four hours in home affairs , what made me very upset is that there was old people that was not well standing from the morning in the Que waiting to be helped, the staff on duty was helping people that was not even in the ques their come in late after it was announced that they are not letting any more people in My number was I received when standing outside waiting to go in was number 40, when my daughter went inside alone they said I must wait outside till they call her to the count, in side she received a new ticket the number 80, I don’t know if I can be wrong if you received a ticket outside that you are number 40 that means you must be number 40 inside as well or I am going nuts. While I was waiting the whole morning the next numbers was called before me number 182,183 they were coming to apply for ID so why must they get help after before I was long time in the Que

I went to the person that was helping the two that was called in from off me, why he is doing that he, reply to me is I am just helping the number that he was call and i must ask the manger the manager was called and I questioned her she was very upset with me and said they are next because they need to go back to work, I said to her but I also need to go back to work, she just walk away and gone to the back office.

The reason I send this mail is not to so how bad the home affairs are but to ask to look in to staff that is doing thing that makes the public unhappy. I know maybe this letter won’t get a response back but at least i try to help the old people sitting in long.
