Good Day i want to ask who is responsible to brought the J88 form to COURT because since 9/11/2024 being send from pillar to post at Khensani Hospital to find the doctor to fill the form until today the form is not on my docket and being told to go fetch the form from Hospital to COURT by myself and at the Hospital they say Police officials are the one responsible for all this
