Queen Mantfombi Dlamini, Queen Regent of the Zulu Nation, has passed away. I am calling on a new Queen Regent of the Zulu Nation to be swiftly installed to ensure that there is no leadership vacuum in the Zulu Royal Family. The late King Goodwill Zwelithini’s other five widows, Sibongile Winifred Dlamini, Buthle MaMathe, Thandekile Jane Ndlovu, Nompumelelo Mchiza and Zola Zelusiwe Mafu and the late King Cyprian Bhekuzulu’s widow, Queen Mother Mayvis (MZungu) are still living as far as I know and one of them can possibly be named as the new Queen Regent of the Zulu Nation to avoid having a leadership vacuum in the Zulu Royal Family.
