Are purchasers able view a property they want to purchase in another district or metropolitan area when they have complied with all guidelines issued by estate agents and funding institutions ? The local police stations are not issuing permits in this regard and cannot provide an answer to this question.
Thank you in advance for this clarity needed as I canot afford to be fined,arrested or then have a criminal record for a viewing a property .
