Before lockdown I sold my house. The Msunduzi Municipality are sorting out rates clearance. All funds have been secured.
I now need to view a property to purchase. Since all estate agents are now back at work can I view the property I want to purchase? All estate agency protocols are in place . Will I be arrested if I travel from Pmb to Durban to see the property? I cannot get a permit from any police station in PMB. Please can you clarify this legal travel and viewing as I cannt be arrested or have a criminal record for viewing a property under level 3. I need clarity.
