Dear Mr John Harold Jeffrey, firstly I wanted to understand if you personally go through the messages we write to you to make sure south africans will hope and trust that their problems are being adhered to and resolved.
I saw and listened to minister Lamola on a television interview being a studio quest, he personally advised that there's legal assistance for the poor, having said that, i later called his office seeking for a legal assistance and i was transferred to Dr Ramatsekisi's line and gave him my problem in a nutshell. I am sitting with the recommendations of public protector for a decade now, he then requested that I send the documents through to him, which I did, I requested their email address but he decided to communicate through whatsapp. I sent the documents through, he simply sent a message "I will revert ". I called him again requesting for the progress report and he said he was out of the country, True caller showed me that he is in Cape Town. I wrote him a message and made him aware of that and he blocked me. Earlier before all these, i wrote my complaint and sent to the office of the deputy minister for justice and constitutional development, it was responded to by Mr Ggili Lukhanyo, he also requested that i send him the documents too after a telephone discussion as well, yes i did, he communicated to me immediately upon receiving any information he requested, it's only after telling him that i think Dr Ramatsekisi threw me under the bus by blocking our communication that Mr Ggili Lukhanyo stopped the practice of immediately responding upon receiving my emails, till today, it's quite sometimes he didn't respond to my emails.
