Dear Mrs Pandor,
I am an experienced teacher that will be leaving my profession
soon due to insufficient support to the school's. The people at
the district's offices has no understanding of sucsessful
scholing. Please employ previous successfull headmasters in those
positions.
E.g District sends learners back to the schools despite the
bullying happening to teachers and the learners that wants to work
in class. (All procedures was followed and video evidence was
presented) They have NO idea how it escalates the gang activities
at a school.

Some state schools need special officers /"bouncers" in every
class to protect teachers and other learners. The police don't
pitch when needed and they don't have the staff capacity for every
day support . A teacher and kids needs a safe environment to work
at. It is NOT currently the case in several schools.

There are unfortunately too many issues to mention here. I would
like to make an appointment to see you in person in this regard.
