Dear Emma Powell I have not heard from you since your request for all complaints pertaining to corrupt property Syndicates in South Africa in Sectional Title and Home Owners Association.
As advise these Syndicates entail a dominated race who are protecting thievery at a.very high level which include suppliers Managing Agents under the auspices of NAMA Trustees and owners Now extending into Government employees From SAP to SAHRC IRBA CSOS.ETC. Many have purchased property in shared living spaces and have corrupt relations with Trustees receiving Preferential services at the expense of others. We are victims of emmense criminality bullying abuse neighbors and these criminals are protected by the board (In an effort to silence owners from exposing this corruption) Therefore many homeowners are not speaking out - in fear of their security We are talking about a vile devious and most destructive bunch of people who have no regard for the laws of.the land abusing funds colluding with their families and friends who supply services on an evergreen contract basis. Excluding people of color from.this industry in an effort to perpetuate corruption
I highlight to you the corruption in the Property Sector with a hope that your sudden interest is not some data collecting suspicious ploy but indeed hope for millions of vunerable owners. I will however sincerely address u and hope to hear from you on your strategy to address the following issues :
RACISM
I am sure that you are aware that the entire property sector is dominated by White people Its no secret that this vile disease is infiltrated into the Body Corporates and HOA for many decades.
It serves as a "protection" strategy where an entire value chain is created and there are no weakest link amongst all of them, The Managing Agents (under the auspices of NAMA); the Suppliers; The Trustees and owners. The entire chain reeks of unethical practices; obborent disturbing behaviours, criminality of the highest order. This "corrupt value chain has extended it tentacles to many Organs of State.
It is natural that many Government Employees and working class will first seek to purchase in a secure clean and "posh looking" environment. Enticed by this shallowness and fear of crime/ security they purchase into ST or HOA. It is interesting to note that a tight partnership between Government employees and Trustees become the very foundation that lays bear the corrupt relations and therefore reporting crime and corruption in ST Living have become a futile effort. This industry is tightly protected by ALL entities, therefore it sparks my curiosity as to why the Democratic Alliance will risk membership in addressing/investigating their very members The South African Police or CSOS The South African Human Rights Commission and even Employees at the Courts - programmed to act in bias and reluctance, an inability to objectively action this corruption to NO AVAIL!!
In my experience I learnt that the Captain of our Police Station and several other law enforcement agents who live in my Estate, and naturally the personnel were instructed to reject my plight. My garden is poisoned on a weekly basis and many personal items including the locks on my gate and doors are damaged. The poisoning poses an unbearable risk to our health wellbeing and our lives This is the most vile devious criminals that has ever walked the earth. The lack of humanity is unfathomable and one has to wonder how much worse were those who raised them!!!
So this means that crime is the cornerstone of all Financial transactions as Preferential services are provided to these corruptors at the expense of other owners. Further, vunerable owners who lost their properties in an auction were sold below market value to corrupt Government officials. Party to.that transaction are Magistrates who approve Judgements without checking if court processes were followed. Banks also benefit from this transaction as they are first to know that the owner would be crippled with debt for life!!
FINANCIAL / INVESTMENT TRANSACTIONAL RECORDS LACK OF TRANSPARENCY
These very banks also manage BC funds, ironically have refused to disclose financial statements to owners, which by the way is a fundamental right for every owner!!!
Trustees, due to their lack or their deliberate well played ignorance fear exposure, hence they, by design and the assistance of managing agents frustrate the processes and owners who request financial records contracts or any document relating to the functioning of the Body Corporate/HOA.
Where ST exist within an HOA - rules are manipulated to lawlessly disadvantage owners - example refuse collection. These contracts reside with the HOA to benefit supplier revenue stream when the ST rules clearly state that.this expense is for the BC ACCOUNT.
