I am Joycelyn Ismail I live in Ennerdale South of Johannesburg.

I am part of a group called Ennerdale Housing. It is a group formed by the people of the community of Ennerdale that suffer abuse and losing our properties. A few families are on the street already especially old people.

The challenges that we facing is big with these people that has connections in high places. They are involved in property high jacking, money laundering and theft. Selling property to more than one person and accepting cash in their personnel accounts. Buying property from so called auctions and register property in there names.

Our plea is to get assistance from the law enforcement that is not connected to him. They also operate with money bags and presents which makes our efforts to protect yourself difficult. They operate with attorneys that is also unethical who gets paid well.

We are on the verge of losing our property on the 16 th January 2026 due to funds drained in our legal battle with these people.

As the people of Ennerdale we need urgent intervention from the law.
