Dear minister bheki cele i am a constable at namakgale police station and i am currently having full 12 years as a constable and on top of that i was previously serving under the south african defence force for the period of 3 years up until i join the police in 2007/05/21. i realy love to serve under this department with my whole heart but this problem is negatively affecting my performance at my work place. can u please assist to give me a clarity on this matter.
