Name is William Letsoko from Nthoroane in Depaliseng municipality am one of the local SMME's were the renovations of school project is taking place now... Our concern is that the main contractor is exploiting us from a 30% that must go to local SMME's.. They told us the Project value is 13million if we calculate our 30% is 3,9M.... Can we be assisted in that aspect as to how much was the main contractor was budgeted for local SMME's.
