Dear Glynis Breytenbach
The office of the Information Regulator will not even acknowledge a form 5 complaint I sent to it for access to information held by the South African Police Services as demonstration of its displeasure at my indicating to it that its director Ntsumbedzeni Nemasisi and his team made up of Shanta Reddy, Desmond Moremong and Mathaphelo Magagula prematurely and incorrectly certified my complaint under its reference C120/22 settled and are punishing me by refusing to accept any complaint from me. The hpcsa served me with its answering affidavit in case number 22/26469 at the Gauteng Local Division, Johannesburg of the high court of South Africa with information and annexures that it never gave access to the information regulator on my behalf when my complaint was certified settled. One of those annexures was doctor Osemwonyi Peter Ugobor's second reply to the hpcsa's health committee of preliminary enquiry which claims to have been immediately triggered by sn email from the hpcsa's investigator Peter Maropyane which was not included in the annexures and has since become the most useful and effective information to my matter before court if only I can access it. I sent the hpcsa's Answering Affidavit and annexures to Ntsumbedzeni and his team as indisputable proof of the hpcsa's refusal to grant me access to those documents through it when it certified my complaint settled and asked them to get me Peter Maropyane's email mentioned in doctor Ugobor's second reply to my complaint to the hpcsa and further prosecute the hpcsa for refusing to grant it access to some of the information that was in its custody during enforcement of my form 5. My emails were completely ignored even by Pansy Tlakula. Its enforcement committee and some of its directors blocked my email address. Their conduct is unethical, unlawful and unconstitutional. Please help.
