In the hope that you, maybe, could/would be able to point me towards someone who would be in a position to help me.
Short summary below:

Since lodging the renewal of my 2nd Retiree Permit on 28 March 2023 (some 2 years, 2 months ago) - I have now been asked again for proof of income documents that I have already previously supplied - twice.... 2 years 2 months ago, again 17 months ago and now, this week, for the third time.

I am (and have been) more than happy to follow procedure and provide every required document - however, I now find myself at my wits end with worry, as I just don't know what more I can do at this point.

Needless to say, that my peace of mind is currently absolutely not "at peace"..... so, yes, if there is someone who knows someone that may be in a position to make sense of it all, I would be eternally grateful.
