It sadness me after 31 years into democracy private sector Construction Principal Contractor Mike Buyskes Construction Pty Ltd refuses to provide Sakhimvelo Property And Land Development Primary Cooperative Limited its Purchase Order in Contract Value Amount of R3000 000 with setup costs included as I have signed JBCC Agreement of being Main Subcontractor for Brick Work , I have written to the MD Jayson Buyskes proposing a review of the Contract Value Amount as his Director Corne Lees is not honoring commitment of empowering our enterprise instead he preferred to treat our enterprise as rent a bakkie , our mentoring support service providers clued up with setup costs of Construction Sector Codes were copied. We are appealing that all subcontractors be treated equally as we are all registered with COIDA, SARS ( PAYE ) for Safety File , Medicals , Transport, PPE, Tools, Equipments, Toilets , Container are the Setup Costs Items 10% is provisioned by JBCC Subcontract Agreement under the new one .
