I'm writing this message with a broken heart due to ongoing situation in my life. I have a Bachelor of Education intermediate and senior phase qualification, I did all my teaching practices and volunteering 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2022 from Kraanvoelvlakte ps, came back this year on May under SGB post for the absence of a teacher since from February.
The new principal came on 22 July when schools reopen, and now I'm under a substitute post for two months in intermediate phase, the principal was appointed as foundation phase teacher and now she want to swap the post for foundation phase in a manner to exclude me and employ a foundation phase teacher and keeps the intermediate phase for herself and this led to a protest by the parents and community when they disagreed with her decision about my absence in the school.
I feel being betrayed by the school head master, so please I'm requesting for your intervention to this issue.
