Compliments of the new season. I am an attorney specializing in eviction and have noted with interest that the comments on Prevention of Illegal Eviction from and Unlawful Occupation of Land Amendment Bill of 2023, have closed.

I am of the humble opinion that the Bill as it is does not necessarily address the root cause of land grabs, but just manages the consequences of land grabs. May I enquire if there is going to be another round for comments, in case you did not receive sufficient comments?
