Community of ward 45 (phase 9), based in Bloemfontein wrote a letter to Mangaung Metro Municipality requesting prepaid water, as we don't have water since 20 years ago and we explained that, will elevate revenue collection so to empower our infrastructure. all communication was addressed to Adv. M. Mofokeng, administrator and Adv. T. Mea, municipality manager.
