I write to you this morning as a measure of last resort regarding my appeal application for Permanent Residency submitted in August 2016. For 3 years l have been patiently waiting for traction regarding this application and have made several attempts to obtain information regarding the application’s status and whereabouts in the system. These attempts made by myself have not been fruitful at all. It is with hope that by escalating this matter to you, something positive may emerge.

I have been struggling to obtain any information for 3 years since receiving an email that my application has been received at the DHA.

I have also followed up with the department several times and there has been no traction.

I humbly appeal to you for assistance, I pray you might be able to assist me and eagerly wait for your response.
