Good day, Mr Minister, according to the immigration act regulations, In order to make an application for a permanent residency permit, applicants must first submit representation to the Minister of Home Affairs motivating why he or she should be declared not to be a prohibited person or an undesirable person.
I have applied for a permanent residence permit in 2016 without following the necessary process.
Motivation to the Minister
I am not an undesirable person, I am appealing to the minister to kindly grant me a permanent residence permit so that I can also offer my service to the nation.
I am not involved in any criminal activity nor support any member practicing hatred or social violence, I am not a member of an organization using crime or terrorism to reach its goals ,but instead all my life I have been learning in order to be a better man in the society. Thus, Mr Minister please consider this one's appeal as he has been struggling for quite some time with documentation. Thank you for reading my message and attending to it.
Regards.
