Good day, Mr Minister, according to the immigration act regulations, In order to make an application for a permanent residency permit, applicants must first submit representation to the Minister of Home Affairs motivating why he or she should be declared not to be a prohibited person or an undesirable person.
I have applied for a permanent residence permit in 2016 without following the necessary process.

Motivation to the Minister
I am not an undesirable person, I am appealing to the minister to kindly grant me a permanent residence permit so that I can also offer my service to the nation.
I am not involved in any criminal activity nor support any member practicing hatred or social violence, I am not a member of an organization using crime or terrorism to reach its goals ,but instead all my life I have been learning in order to be a better man in the society.Thus, Mr Minister please consider this one's appeal as he has been struggling for quite some time with documentation.
