Estera has been sitting without electricity since Tuesday night, yesterday was a large area outage. At 1pm all areas came on expect for Estera (nothing new), we have been logging calls, requesting updates from councilors which is easy just said no update. How can you not have an update since yesterday, messages today are being ignored, when you phone the call centre it is now loadshedding since when do you have loadshedding from 10pm Tuesday and still no power. Who can assist in resolving this issue urgently
