Hi Comrade Mbuyiseni Nhlozi I have made several attempts to ingarge the union but did not help we where of the view that may be the department have mandated the union not to continue with this matter since the matter was been taken to burgain council it was postponed sine deii both parties were not in court , and the union did not give us a reason for not appearing in court , I am trying to show Adv that this matter has a history .
