Hon Dr Motsoaledi
I am greeting in the name of the late revolutionary stalwart Dr Nelson Mandela as he perceived health as fundamental human right not a question of income.

I am amenable to follow his perception but your department is against tata's perception. I am currently unemployed, as I was doing my community service (from 01 july to 30 june 2018) as a professional nurse in the north region of kzn in a new health facility by the name of Jozini Commnunity Health Centre .I am holding a B Tech nursing science which I've obtained in Dut through the assistance of NSFAS.

I am writing this letter on behalf of all South Africans nurses who are unemployed simple because they obtained their qualifications in a university not in government colleges. I find this strategy oppressing and violating my right of equality.

We have to bear in mind that majority of us are products of the working class who acquired educational qualification through the assist of NSFAS (tax payers funds).

I was doing my community service in a new health facility (Jozini CHC ) and I applied here with my hope high that I'll be absorbed after the expiry of my contract .

Hon Dr Motsoaledi our country is going to elections next year and I'm afraid the majority party is going to loose our votes if you carry on treating us (university nurses) as rejectors.

'The four year nursing curriculum university programme put our healthy system in jeopardy ', like really? This is an insult to us and you need to come forward to withdraw such sentiment.

I am appealing to your revolutionary consciousness to come up with a solution and intervene ASAP because this is a vacuum and the nature does not allow a vacuum.

Looking forward to hear from you.
Best Regards
Shongwe Nkosinathi
