please note that we have been receiving zero service as the residents of Malamulele. I reported power outage since 08 January 2024 and to date, nobody has come to address this. I have wasted airtime to the value of R500 trying to get hold of eskom customer care and they are forever saying one thing, there are lot of people who have logged calls and my call shall be attended to. This is so annoying considering that my folks do not have electricity and there is only one solution to this, we will resort to getting unprofessional people to fix the electricity as your people are not willing to service us.
