Good morning, my name is Geordie Scholtz.
I have a problem that people keep dumping rubbish behind the electric box that's on the corner of Epping Avenue and 13street where I live, each week I've been paying out of my own pocket to have the area cleaned because even when the people who comes to clean the street never cleans behind the box or around it and the rubbish just piles up so bad that I have it done myself, but I can't anymore, it's not the fact of the rubbish piling up it's that it brings flies and it stinks so bad and it looks ugly as it's in a very busy road. I would really appreciate it if the problem would be attend to.

I'm every disappointed because if it was in a white area the matter would have been attended to faster and living in Elsie's River.
