Today was the worst day ever for mobile home affairs in Krugersdorp. First of all the truck did not have signal at Rant en Dal Spar, then they moved it to Dros in the parking area, there they did not have any wifi, then they moved to behind the Dros for signal. People were queuing since 07h00 this morning. They were moved 3 times. I was in the queue for 4 and a half hours. they took minimum 45 minutes to process 1 person, I actually timed them. When they realized time was running out, one of the home affairs officers appeared and informed us to book online, then we will be assisted much faster. I tried to register this afternoon but no luck. I don't know where else to turn to. I hope you can assist in this matter. I don't want to apply in town, because I am scared to be mugged or that my car will be stolen. There was elderly people queuing in the sun as well. Please assist me in this matter.
