Dear Mr Cele.

It's great that most folks are obeying the law of self-isolation during the COVID-19 LOCKDOWN.

What is not great, is that some police stations seem to be slack about it.
On Tuesday I went into town to quickly buy some essential groceries.
This has been my first time out in almost 2 weeks.

Imagine my surprise when the town was a busy hub. There was a large crowd gathered across from the police station, people were sitting & standing outside the shops chatting, people were standing around taxi's - and not a policeman or woman in sight dispersing the crowds.

I had reported a group of people gathering at the river boozing and having a party about a week previously, and no police van arrived to sort out the problem... So I suspected town might be pumping... but I am still disappointed.

My business is suffering to the point where I may have to close it down... but it seems its business as usual for others due to poor policing.

Who is policing the police, Mr Cele?
