My 17 year old son was assaulted yesterday at the small shop in Jordan street cradock place algoa park. It is in 500 meters from the algoa park police station.
My son came home frustrated jelling that 2 men assaulted him for cigarette money's. As I came out my house I could see the people still shouting at one indevigual. As I came closer he was shouting that his father is an 33 . Most probably jail credit. My son point him out as one of the gentekman that assaulted him. As I asked him he was reaking of liquor. I first tried to stop the police buffel passing but he just kept going on and turned to the station an police bakkie stoped an bit later as they passed. I explained the situation and the officer that has no name badge visual said I must go to the station to make an case .
I told him that he was on the sean and he should load him as he assaulted my son and he is under the influence of liquor. The officer told me he is not a doctor and he did not see the person drink.
Now he did not arest the person that assaulted my son so now the following was missed:
The 2nd person involved
Drunk in public
The eligal alcohol sales and distributors
The eligal cigarette sales and distributors.
