Kyle ward of 87 is beyond useless. 7th Ave Melville has had a major plumbing disaster, currently for the last 18 months has a leak on a 300mm pipe, it has been fixed several times resulting in a hole 3 x 3 m wide and 4 m deep. This is a health and safety hazard, get Kyle to do something or find a competant person in Joburg water to contact us.
