Mr K.Meshoe, dear sir I am a 81 year old retired Coal Mine Worker and have never seen succh chaos in our country.
Policing is really O and everybody is affected. and a serious concern for everone of us..
I would like to make a suggestion by relooking the makeup of all policing.
The establishment of young Cadets to be trained in crime and used with existing police officers. These cadets to give reports to a committee of ex police officers who will asses there
advantements.
Pupils in High School to learn rules of the road and Must be passed by a parent commitmee of responsible people. These reports to assist when pupils apply for driver's licence.
Then responsible members of public officials to select quality cadets to assist with Traffic Officers on the fining vehicle drivers not obeying the rules of the road. Traffic Officers to receive a portion of the fine issued.
Quality Officers in all sections of policing.
The Head in a of all policing to be from a different district to prevent favouritism.
Reports of all crime to be sent to a committee to assess if this system is being implimented and make adjustments.
These system will also help to employ young men and women.
Thank you for the opportunity to make a suggestion as all misbehavior is absolutely 00.
