Dear Minister I have a problem, I am a 27 year old Female and an Orphan. Back in 2010 A police officer made me sign an admission of guilt for a crime that I didn't do at the age of 18 for common assault and when he presented the admission of guilt to me after I told him my side of the story he decorated it and said "oh well that means the girl that came to open a case against you lied when she said you started the fight by pushing her l. so you know what! she has already wasted too much of our time just sign here as proof that you came to the police station and I have warned you not to fight again and you'll have to pay a R100 as bail then you can go home and I thought that was Tha. My life has been at standstill after discovering that I actually have a criminal record over that, that Detective took advantage of I was young and not well informed... I am a University student now that can't even apply for Jobs, I have dependents that I feed with my Nsfas food allowance which is not enough and I can't even find piece jobs, I need your help Minister . Thank you
