On the 16th April 2020, the lockdown regulations were amended such that parents are allowed to fetch their children from different province if they have a birth certificate. The police on the roadblocks do not know about this and are making us turn back. Please inform all the police and authorities about the new regulations because they are ignorant and this is hurting us both financially and emotionally.
