On the 18 March 2021 at rond past 15H20 I when to kleinvlei police station in westen cape to follow up on my case that I made 4 months ago and heard nothing off.The protection order that was till today not delivered because I must walk every week 1 day in the week 45 min to the police station and back home again 45min just to hear that the invested office is not there and the station commander is not available I must leave my information they will get back but for 4 months no response from any office from kleinvlei police station.

On the 18 March 2021 I when again to kleinvlei police station again I was told to come the next day I inform them I tied of walking for nothing the station commander and the police officer Weldeck walk in by the gate I was told to told to Weldeck he is working with the protection order.I explain to him my problem he told me I must come the next day I told him but I'm living to far from the police station to walk every time to hear a storie and have to turn around to come again.He start using abuse language and shouting at me in front of the station commander that did nothing he was standing in the door of the police station.I told him he have no respect for any women that way he told me to f....he well not help me.
I ask if I can open a case against Weldeck nobody wanted to help me.
I did e-mail a complain 4 months ago to the ombudsmen but they just in form me they wait on the station commander to come back to them.I ask to please help because kleinvlei police station western cape is a big problem and I need help from the higher authority asp
