Dear Minister I would like you to help me get my surname back. Hi My name is Remofiloe Booysen ,I was born in the United States of America Houston Taxes in the year 1997.
My parents sent me back to South Africa at a very early to stay with my grandparents,now my grandparents have both passed away and I am unemployed in this country.
I met someone(a male who said he loved me)who took advantage of my vulnerable position because at the time I had just lost my grandmother and life was now becoming a steep for me,he took care of me financially and now I am married to him not willingly,I then went to the South African Home Affairs to seek for help but they couldn’t help me,they then sent me to family court ,then to Legal Aid, it is unfortunate that I still did not get help there, I am writing this because because I don’t know what to do and where to go,I need help,I need my surnam back and I want a divorce or to detach from this marriage because the man has disappeared. I can not apply anywhere because I have a surname that I don’t even know. I need to go back to Taxes to stay with my aunt there,but because of in the system there’s a different surname I can’t go,Please help me.
